A household name across the globe for his portrayal of the brilliant and crusty Dr. House, Hugh Laurie makes his Pabst Theater debut in an entirely different role. A remarkably gifted self-taught blues pianist, Hugh Laurie adopts a legacy of New Orleans blues and cranks out blues and boogie on piano and guitar very unlike the native Englishman that he is. Laurie will be on vocals and piano and will be joined onstage by The Copper Bottom Band, featuring a cast of renowned musicians including Jay Bellerose (drums), Kevin Breit (guitars), Vincent Henry (horns), David Piltch (bass), and Patrick Warren (keyboard/accordion).
